Sarah Khurana engages in complex commercial and business litigation in state and federal courts nationwide and in arbitrations before FINRA.
Prior to joining Russo PLLC, Sarah was an associate at Butzel Long concentrating in the area of business litigation. Sarah was one of 15 law graduates selected for the New York Legal Fellows program. In this capacity, Sarah worked as a law clerk to the Honorable Joseph Maltese of the New York Supreme Court where she drafted judicial opinions on various issues in commercial disputes, employment law, products liability, property, trusts and estates and personal injury. Sarah also conducted pre-trial settlement conferences, preliminary conferences and compliance conferences with attorneys. Sarah has a wealth of experience addressing pre-trial issues, including summary judgment motions, motions to dismiss, discovery and motions in limine.
Sarah received her law degree from Rutgers University School of Law, where she served as the Managing Editor of the Women’s Rights Reporter. Sarah earned her undergraduate degree from The University of Texas.
Sarah is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey and before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the District of New Jersey. Sarah is proficient in Korean.
